Getting Started With Services

Step One: Free Consultation

The initial consultation is a complimentary 15-minute conversation. It is a chance for us to briefly connect, discuss what you are hoping to address, and determine whether my approach and services are a good fit for what you are looking for.

Step Two: Intake Appointment

The first full session is about gathering information on where you come from and where you want to go. We’ll talk about what’s worked, what hasn’t, and how we’ll know therapy is helping.

Step Three: Ongoing Session

We will set a cadence for appointments that meets your needs and your schedule. These sessions will create a space for you to reflect, process, and begin to deeper your understanding of yourself.

Supervision

I provide clinical supervision for provisionally licensed psychologists, licensed psychological associates, and other mental health professionals who are looking for thoughtful, collaborative support as they develop their clinical skills and professional identity.

Supervision is a space to discuss clinical work, consider different perspectives, work through challenging cases, and deepen your understanding of the therapeutic process. I value creating a supervisory relationship that encourages curiosity, reflection, and continued growth while supporting ethical and effective clinical practice.

Speaking Engagements

I offer speaking engagements and educational presentations on topics related to mental health, relationships, personal growth, and well-being.

Presentations can be tailored to the needs of your organization, professional group, or community. My goal is to provide information that is engaging, thoughtful, and practical—giving participants ideas they can carry with them beyond the presentation.
